1.1. Relations concerning the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information about bot users in the Telegram messenger “PhysiognomicaBot” shall be regulated by this Policy, other official documents of “DIR” LLC and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.2. Use of the “PhysiognomicaBot” bot implies the consent of the user to this Privacy Policy. In case of disagreement with this Privacy Policy, the user shall stop using the “PhysiognomicaBot” chat bot of “DIR” LLC.
1.3. This Privacy Policy shall be an open and public document.

  1. ABOUT THE PRODUCT

2.1. The “PhysiognomicaBot” chat bot is a bot program that automatically accepts user requests for photo upload and responds by sending a brief physiognomic analysis or extended analysis in case of paid subscription.

2.2. “DIR” LLC does not envisage a request of personal information from user when using the “PhysiognomicaBot” chat bot.

 

  1. INFORMATION PROCESSINGOBJECTIVES

3.1. The employees of “DIR” LLC do not process information received from users for any purposes.

 

  1. STORAGE, USE, TRANSFER AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. Transfer of personal data by the User is not envisaged by the request processing script.

4.2.“DIR” LLC shall not explicitly and implicitly transfer personal data of users to any third parties.

4.3. “DIR” LLC shall not be liable for accessibility of information about the user of the “PhysiognomicaBot” chat bot, which, due to the nature of the Internet, may be accessible to any other Internet user (for example, when a user has posted his or her Telegram profile data at open access on third-party Internet resources).

 

  1. FINAL PROVISIONS.

5.1 “DIR” LLC shall consider applications regarding this Privacy Policy, including user requests related to the use of their personal data, at email address: info@physiognomica.com

5.2 All correspondence sent by users to the address of “DIR” LLC shall beconsidered by “DIR” LLC as information of limited access and may be published only by the written consent of the user, and addresses, personal data and other information about the users having sent those letters without their special consent may not be used otherwise than for answering on the subject of the received letter.
5.3 “DIR” LLC shall reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy, without obligatory notification of end-users.
